America revealed itself again to be truly the land of opportunity. And things sure happen faster here. I managed to squeeze in what felt like a month in one week in San Antonio and Houston. Whether you’re speaking to a base oil trader, a big chemical company, a shipping company, a global freight forwarder or a local trucking company, one thing remains true: in Texas, you need to think and dream big.

The two days in San Antonio, at the AFPM Base Oils and Waxes Conference were very dynamic. Besides learning about the latest trends in the industry, we spoke to many players in the trade to present them with the opportunity to cooperate with BeFlexi.

It’s an exciting time for us because we’re about to start our operation in the US! And so, I spent another three days in Houston, speaking with our future partners and customers about how to ensure a smooth, consistent and cost-effective service. At BeFlexi, we walk the talk and want to build sustainable growth. It was therefore fundamental to make this trip happen to get all the pieces of the puzzle together and tell our customers: our stock is on the way, stay tuned for more news!

As always, the backbone of our service is our global partnership with SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. A big ‘thanks’ goes to Richard, Robert, Fernando, Patrick, Shane, Shaun, Andy, Bruno, Lisson, Wim and Armin for all the support!

After a busy week… another busy week ahead. BeFlexi will be in two countries, two continents, at the same time! See us at Multimodal in the UK and Intermodal in Sao Paulo.
