As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and delivery of the highest results, we have created the BeFlexi-SGS Partner Satisfaction Survey for tracking our annual performance for the year 2017. We’ve had 51 individual responses from 32 countries with a 41% increase from 2016. A snapshot of the results are outlined below.

Overall, 43% of respondents are "satisfied" and "very satisfied" with the Project, whilst only 20% are "not satisfied" and "not at all satisfied".
55% of respondents are “likely” and “very likely” to recommend the Project to another SGS affiliate, whilst only 14% who "not likely" and "not at all likely" to.
